Our services are intended solely for use by individuals or companies that are legally permitted to engage in commercial transportation operations. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent.

4. Services Overview

We offer the following:

  • Dispatching services for Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Car Haulers

  • Load negotiation and coordination

  • Document handling (BOLs, Rate Confirmations)

  • Optional assistance with IFTA, accounting, and compliance (for fleets under 10 trucks)

All services are provided only after a signed agreement. No direct services are offered or guaranteed by merely submitting a form on the website.

5. Communication

By submitting your information through our contact form, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or SMS by our team.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via invoicing after contract signing.

  • No online payment is available through the website.

  • Payment terms (e.g., NET 7 or NET 14) are defined in the contract.

  • Late payments may incur service pauses or additional fees as outlined in the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and layout, is the property of United by Logistics LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

United by Logistics LLC is not responsible for:

  • Load cancellations by brokers

  • Delays due to shipper or receiver

  • Broker disputes or non-payment

We act solely as a dispatching service and do not guarantee specific earnings or rates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service relationship if terms of the contract are violated, or in case of misconduct, fraud, or failure to cooperate.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” at the top.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
